Wage boosts and raises

We, Disneyland Paris Cast Members, require a monthly raise of 200 euros (approximately 215 USD), instead of the one-time "pocket change" bonus of 125 euros that management has offered to keep us quiet. Life has become really expensive in the past few months, and prices keep rising every day, while our salary is stuck at the legal minimum.

Most of us live around Disneyland Paris, where rent is skyrocketing. Here, a small single room flat is rented out at 600 euros monthly, on average, while two-rooms will rarely go under 900 to 1000, once again, monthly.

Our salary is based on the French minimum wage, and starts around 1.200 euros. After years of service, you can get as much as 1.400 euros. This is not enough considering that on top of rent, groceries have been getting more expensive than before. We are now forced to choose which meal we'll have to skip to not end up starving, and leisurely activities has become innaccessible to most of us. We live to work, barely survive, and nothing else.
